I have always loved to travel. Thank goodness Matt likes it too…

Hawaii was WONDERFUL. Absolutely wonderful. (More about that trip here).

We’re sitting on the couch the last day there, and we started talking about the next trip. We really want to go to Puerto Rico in the fall and maybe start figuring out what our future is going to look like… So, in true “hija de Vicente Nonell” (Vicente Nonell’s daughter) fashion, I started looking at plane tickets. 😂

You see, when I was a kid, my parents took me SO many places. My dad was the instigator – flying far away places wasn’t my mom’s favorite thing – but dad and I would sit on the airplane, flying home from wherever, plotting and planning what the next trip should be. It’s one of my favorite memories from my childhood.

And so I feel like I’ve come full circle. Now, I’m the one doing the plotting and planning. My parents certainly instilled the wanderlust in me as a kid. And it really hasn’t stopped as an adult…
